When I am attacked and I win, how is calculated co belligerent modifier in peace deal? Is 150 % AE modifier for not being co belligerent applied when I demand land from war leader? What about taking land from its allies in separate peace deal? What about taking land from its allies when negotiating with war leader? What about its subjects? I see no explation of co belligerent status in defensive war in Wiki.

I think only those attacked can be marked as co belligerent. It should be irrelevant in defensive wars as you aren’t using a CB in defensive.

But I think AE is multiplied by 1,5 if you are taking land from non co belligerent regardles od CB?
Maybe all attackers are treated as co belligerent. I’m not sure though. I’d need to experiment.
