And where is my "hunt rebles inside my mentally retarded CN's territory" button? There is enough micromanagement already without me having to "all the time" check my CN's provinces if there are rebels.

And while we are at it where is my "this fleet that has 40 (or your own number) transports inside it is only used to automatically ship the 40k troops stationed at the province to any nearby rebel island" configuration?

You can support rebels and most of the time rebels instantly disappear. Sometimes it doesn't work or the rebels have to capture province before it works.

I find the best way to hunt rebels in a CN (a big problem when you create say your nations Mexico from the ashes of the Mayans and Aztecs), is by attaching to their army and they go and do the mopping up.

I've also seen this whole Carribean CN not building transport ships, I wonder if it affects "shared" carribean more often. When youve only got 5/6 provinces in there, maybe the AI is concentrating on other stuff. In my last war I had, Vinland sent troops down to attack my enemy in the carribean, but the local CN couldn't (and Vinland is a piss poor CN compared to New Norway, Mexico and whatnot).

Oh wiz, In case you make an appearence again, it would be awesome if there was a way to curtail a CN's thirst for war. Either a pop-up that asks your permission with a hit if you say no or whatnot. My current game, Mexico declared war on some French CN, and yeah next thing you know, the BBB is coming for me without an allies. I know thats not your area but an internal Jira ticket would be ace :)

I think they are going to enable something like this in Art of War.

I have played Hansa -> Netherlands shortly after Res Publica release, got a Carribean CN who owned entire Cuba, Hispaniola and Bahamas. Yet they didn't build any transport ships. Even worse was that I overlooked that and didn't spot the rebels on time, so one of the provinces they received from England in war defected back:angry:

The early EU4 game I used to enjoy colonizing myself, and managing everything on my own. Why can't we turn off colonial nations in Ironman if we want to? It has ruined the colonizing game for me to automatically have colonial nations created.
