CN declares war on other CN --> I lose all my alliances

My CN Colombo declared war on a spanish CN and dragged me into a war with Spain. Why can they even declare war and why do my allies break my alliance with me? I thought you (*insert foul language here*) fixed this issue.

They didn't drag you into war with Spain -- Spain "declared war" on you (Enforced Peace on your CN) to prevent their colonial nation from getting eaten.
Doesn't matter how the war started. What matter is why do I lose all alliances? Paradox said they fixed this in the patch notes.

You lose your alliances because in terms of game mechanics, Spain declares war on your CN (Which is the same as declaring war on you). Enforcing Peace acts as an offensive war by the enforcer. As the defender, you automatically Call to Arms all available allies.

You lose your alliances because in terms of game mechanics, Spain declares war on your CN (Which is the same as declaring war on you). Enforcing Peace acts as an offensive war by the enforcer. As the defender, you automatically Call to Arms all available allies.
This doesn't make sense because the war was started more than 60 days ago so my allies should not get called into the war. They could not join the war because of the penalty that the war was started more than 60 days ago. Bavaria sent me a new alliance offer a few days after Spain enforced peace.

Enforce demands should not not call non-willing allies to war OR we should get rid of the 60 day penalty.

Defensive wars were fixed, but offensive wars weren't. Thus, if you get called into war where your subject (be it vassal or CN) is fighting defensively, you won't call your allies. However, if your subject is warring offensively, for some reason your allies get called in. Never seen it with CNs myself, so more details would be nice, but it happens with vassals when you force-vassalise while they're in an offensive war with other countries.

Which is still trash, because offensive wars are not auto-calls normally and the player can be screwed if he doesn't call his allies to arms...or worse the allies say "yes" before the war but then don't join and won't join.

Yet in inherited wars, it AUTO calls?

This crap is tiresome. Why are they introducing new bugs in "hotfix patches" and not fixing longstanding confirmed issues?
