CMD+TAB not working on mac

I can't minimize the game in any way, using cmd+tab, cmd+m, anything. Is there a fix for this?

I've not found one, no. I'd go so far as to say this is effectively a bug that should be fixed, so I'll move you to Bug Reports where the right people will see it.

I have this issue but also I cannot get the Steam Overlay to work. I cannot utilise Wikipedia links or anything as the game won't allow anything else to open.

That stuff kinda work for me. If I click on the "new content available for purchase" window (that shows the Leader Designer DLC0 that switches to the Steam interface stuff, and shift-Tab switches back to the game.

That works for me too but when I go to load the overlay manually with the keyboard I get nothing!

cmd+h should work for the same purposes. But yes, the ability to use cmd+m or cmd+tab should be fixed.

Rather than make a seperate entry I'll just mention that this is a problem with the Mac version of EU4, as well. Excellent games, and certainly the day and date release is appreciated and exciting, but this is a non-trivial handicap for these games. The inability to multi-task the game severely curtails my ability to play it. Windowed mode is an inconvenient and second-rate solution at best.

Apparently if you do cmd-shift-Q (Quit), then click on that little dialog box (without clicking on Log Out of course) you're out of the game, and can then cancel that dialog.
