Cloud Service

I use to play Cities Skylines on my big computer, but I am wondering if someone has any experience with cloud gaming and Cities Skylines, so I am able to play Cities on my laptop as well?
I tried Paperspace, but I experienced a lot of latency when I tried to play Cities. It may be that my setup wasn't perfect, but I have cancelled my subscription there. Is it someone that use a cloud service regularly to play Cities?

This facility is built into the game via Steam. Just choose to save your game to the cloud in the game's menus.

I had good success using Parsec service with Amazon servers hosting the game. Parsec works extremely well and lag was minimal. After several months though I found the costs of Amazon servers prohibitive and updated my older PC to enable playing Cities Skylines locally. Parsec does not charge (I think) for hosting your own PC and playing on laptop so perhaps worth checking it out.
