Closing down Antwerpen

For editing the save you'd need to find Antwerp 's province ID then look through the save for two areas. There's a list of CoTs, you'd need to remove Antwerp from it and everything else down to the start of the next CoT. You'd also need to find the section about Antwerp and remove the CoT = yes from there.

That's in the CoT section, there's something like:
cot = <province id>
list of stuff
list of merchants

next cot = etc.
