Climate suggestion - monsoons

I think that it might be a good idea to further expand upon the climate system by adding monsoon seasons. Similarly to winters moonsons and possibly also dry seasons would add modifiers to provinces afflicted by them. The current winters mapmode could be changed to a climate mapmode, showing both winters and monsoons.

This could also kind of acts as one of the factors that slows down European imperialism a bit in Asia and India, making it a bit more challenging. I like this idea.
