Something I thought would be nice is you could have cliff racer iinfestations giving like -x amount of income in a province

yeah. i guess that could be either a random event and/or a lack of money effect for all provinces in de jure Resdayn. too bad Jiub didn't exist until the late 3rd era.

...But seriously, I suppose it would make for a nice flavor "infestation" event in Morrowind, like the giants, snow elves, and other riffraff are elsewhere.

Maybe if there is a 4E or at least an Oblivion bookmark, we could have St. Jiub spawn in an event. He could drive away all the cliff racers and then the cliff racer infestation event can't fire anymore.

yeah. there could be a rare event that can appear that goes along the lines of "Some Guy seeks backing to exterminate cliff racers. support Y/N/takemymoney!?" yes helps, no give local provincial malus, TMM give effect of yes but a small chance of cliff racer events never firing again.

in addition, there could be an event giving him a... idk, dunmer_saint trait? and a descendant of saint trait? (not just for cliff racers, but a dunmer specific opinion+ for heroes and such)

Well Vvardenfell will be constantly infested till Jiub appears. But even then Mjoll remembers hunting them when she was younger so they were purged of Vvardenfell?

There are no Cliff Racers in Solstheim during the Fourth Era, likely showing that their numbers were reduced to manageable levels by Jiub."

Don't remember any Cliff Racers during Bloodmoon but I can guess the Red Year would have also screwed with the Cliff Racer population even more then Jiub could dream of unless their used to Volcanic eruptions.
