Hi folks !
I was wondering why Diplomatic ideas is the 2nd slot taken buy client states ? It's useless for subjects like them.
I don't know if this is intended, but they always take crappy policies, reducing AE and giving a diplomat, i think they waste points for useless things. :)
I hope it would be fixed.
