My game updated but the cleared for transfer things are not showing up even tho it shows its in the game.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Once you hit Download button on Steam Store page, you gotta go and enable the DLC content. Hit ESC > Extras > Map Settings and check Prison Transfers box.
