The American Dream​

Now our great empire is engaged in a two front war with both Hungary and Italy, but across the seas a even more deadly war is being fought. The cabinet and the world for that matter is most concerned about the uncertain outcome of the US civil war. One thing is certain who ever does win will get the spoils of the infinite US industrial and resource power. With D.C burning MacArthur was forced to flee to Denver, but he was believed to have said that he shall return.

The situation by the beginning of 1938.

lordchane's spearheads into the deep south show the AUS may be struggling, and the pocket of troops near the Virginian border further puts their military situation in question.

Meanwhile on the Italian front we've manged to encircle one Italian division in the Alps, and on top of that the Oberkommando East has reached the outskirts of Budapest.

Battle of Budapest.

The world continues to erupt in civil wars and complete anarchy, as democracy across the world are in danger of falling to the Syndicalists. But the cabinet is soon brought back to more important matters. The Chief of the Army is concerned about the recent Hungarian offensive towards Budapest. The foreign minister i also having trouble securing diplomatic deals with other countries as reports come from the occupied territory of Austrian war crimes.

Current reports show that the Italian military is suffering heavy losses attempting to retake Venice, this is good news because now we have the superior numbers. The road to Rome is open.

Also, your Hungary seems quite a bit tougher than what I faced. They're doing better against Romania and Poland as well. This might be a long war here if you can't make a breakthrough in Italy.

This Is the End​

With 1938 upon us the Chief of Army decided to do a final offensive against the enemy, this time to end Hungary ounce and for all. The chief concern though is Austria's manpower pool, although not depleted it will be soon if the war doesn't end.

With most of the nations resources committed to the offensive in Hungary it is vital that there is no to very little internal problems. A change in government is the last thing we need to disturb further military operations.

The elections have been suspended for the time being.

The world continues to fall apart as other civil wars and wars erupt, The Ottomans, French ,and Chinese get there own internal conflicts.

Meanwhile across the seas the CSA announced to the world that they annexed the AUS, this is shocking news as the CSA now controls most of the US industrial centers.

While the operations in Hungary taking place, a new plan took shape in Italy which resulted in the encirclement and destruction of 10 Italian divisions. This seemed to be the turning point in the war, now from this point the Italian will have to be on the defensive.

By September the offensive against Hungary was met with great success, the Hungarians are on the verge of death. The cabinet is in a good mood has the military is finally proving it self.

The CSA was not the only ones to annex a nation, Divinty's China has annexed the Legation Cities territory in inner China and they are now his puppet, this has greatly increased the industrial capacity of the Quing and is most concerning news.

Ounce again the Serbian menace is on the move and is taking advantage of our current situation, it seems that the Serbs are attempting to regain their pre-Wiltkrieg borders and possibly beyond.

The biggest news of the year apparently is the Second Sino-Japanese War, which seems to have erupted over the sovereignty of Fengtin. While in Russia Ninja started a small and very unfair war with Turkestan has also started.

Celebrations were heard from Vienna and beyond as peace with Hungary was announced, the head of government order the immediate annexation of the Hungarian provinces. We are now one with our Hungarian brothers, meanwhile on the Italian front it seems that the Internationale took advantage of Italy's position and declared war. Poland has also proposed peace as they now know that with our troop no longer distracted by Hungary can easily defeat them, but manpower prevent us from continuing unnecessary wars.

Aggresion​

With the onset of 1939 and our bloody civil war over, the question remains, what will be the world powers next move? The Entente seems to be waiting for the first move, the Internationale seems to be brooding in Western Europe, and finally the Mittleuropa is standing idle.

Now that the major wars are over the armaments minister decided to use direct government intervention to help the battered economy that has been in war mode for almost a year and a half.

Meanwhile around the world the Russian bear annexes anything in its path, and the civil wars are not going in our favor.

The diplomatic situation.

Meanwhile another European power submits to our might, the ounce feared Italians now are our puppet state and only answer to us.

The borders are redrawn to our liking.

But this news does not stop the Russians from inhaling anything in their way, our ministers are concerned of their growing power, what will happen when their done in the East? Ninja is quickly rearming and upgrading the Russian military, the Russian people are forced to be indoctrinated into the military.The women and children are forced to work in the factories night and day to keep up with demands in tank production.

Meanwhile in the Empire new changes are occurring at a fast rate, in order to keep up with our neighbors it has been decide that a new centralized government was needed. The Danubian Federation will facilitate all of these needs, the border nations have followed suit and were swiftly annexed.
