Just wondering if anyone knows how the stop coverage works in regards to changing modes of transport.

For example the bus and metro coverage areas are significantly different. To have passengers go from the bus to the metro, does the bus stop have to be within the metro's coverage area, or the metro within the bus's coverage area?

Or is it basically just each stop will only pick up people from within it's own coverage.
So for example with a bus stop just inside the metro's coverage, but not vice verse.
People will go from the bus to the metro, but not the other way round?

I would imagine that it is as you said at the end. If the Metro is inside the buses radius then they will walk the distance. If the metro is not inside the buses radius then people may walk form bus to metro but not back again.

I've seen people get taxis so maybe they'll get that to do one leg and use public transport for the rest.

When i'm laying stations or stops i'm careful to make sure they are close enough to do both directions. Generally the stops are right next to each other.
