Playing Tabarastan I decide to fab a claim on Dagestan. Even though I dont have a direct land border I am still able to do this as we are both on the coast of the Caspian sea. I go on and take the province but now I cant core it (too far from nearest unblockaded port) because for some reason the Caspian sea is now being considered a land province despite the fact that it was a sea for the purposes of fabricating the claim. Does anyone know is this WAD?
