Claim Title and Invite to plot

Reading through the CK2 manual, under diplomacy it describes two options and a screenshot with these options, 'Claim title' and 'Invite to plot', whichdo not appear in the demo at least.

Have these been included in the final build of the game? Or were they cut out at some point in development after the manual was written?

Or are there just preconditions that have to be met for those options to become available?

I believe you only see "claim title" when the character is a vassal with a title you can revoke. Likewise, you can only "invite to plot" when you have an active plot with room for more backers.

yeah they are there in the release, should be there in the demo as well.
