So I posted this idea earlier on reddit, and was told to share it on here.
Basically, my idea is that it can be a pain to scroll through the list of provinces that you can claim if you are looking for a specific province, especially in the later game. In order to make the process easier, I proposed that on the province information screen, where it shows cores, you can hit the core button to start claim fabrication. The button is already used for returning cores, canceling cores and creating cores, so why not add the ability to fabricate a claim
In flowchart it would look like this:
Is not owned>Is not cored> Is in coring range> Fabricate claim
Is not owned>Is not cored> Is not in coring range> No action
Is not owned>Is cored> Revoke core
Is owned>Is not cored> Core province
Is owned> Is cored> No action
there is also a return core mixed in there somewhere. Also in the thread, /u/Loufe suggested the ability to revoke claims, which is also a great idea.
