Well you can't post orders yet at all since we're still in the pre-game (I plan to start either on Friday or Tuesday at this rate). Once we start I'll open up a thread for players to post orders in.
Or the link was so old that it used an out-of-date format.
Sounds good. I just couldn't find any information, so I was wondering where the title came from.
Oh, and in exchange for the duke-level title I limited your initial realm to just the one province. This obviously isn't set in stone, but since at least one other player has getting a duchy as their initial ambition I figured there needed to be something to offset being a little higher in rank.
I'd propose (if it's not a problem) some kind of bereaucratic dividement.Well you can't post orders yet at all since we're still in the pre-game (I plan to start either on Friday or Tuesday at this rate). Once we start I'll open up a thread for players to post orders in.
You know, I don't want to have a power or serene title. All what I want to have is somebody who keeps me outside of those warmongers.I wonder who those ambitious players are![]()

Let them create their own Order's place for technical ones and another one for official statements. I think that it'd optional and working, to keep technicaliae outside of ooc orders? And official ones outside aswell?
May it be?
A place when I just place descripted verordnungen for each side of development. Technical things, not those about common things. He'll create a main thread where we put orders, all orders will be official orders, what do you mean OOC orders?

Because they only like coalitions, gunboating and such.
Actually I'm tired of hearing stories about "we'll conquer them". "What a scheme". "Those silly beraucrats take taxes from ous, so they're extremelly bad".
All what I want to have is quiet place for my management job.
I don't use nicks personally, because - well - those ones are making coalitions, waste their times on internal wars, while I just want to send an ordner to make a job, plan it myself and develop it, not to waste time on eternal "we WON'T PAY TAXES" mantra.
I don't like schemers and those just waste my time at all. Because everything of their "conspiracy" and such.
To make it short: those're BlackCrown's students.
Also what do you mean by that?To make it short: those're BlackCrown's students.
Those, who are taught. Also what do you mean by that?
I competely agree, but I'm just, well, unwilling to hear everything about "study our language otherwise you're filthy German". "You don't exist" or "We're more numerous, so we'll win".I think that it's fully realistic to assume that some sort of capacity to "scheme" is necessary to do what you'd like to do. Just because you aren't interested in becoming King of England doesn't mean you're an island unaffected by everything else that's happening. In fact, I'd argue that for what you want, you're going to have to be involved somehow, because the sort of stability you seek isn't likely to develop under the status quo.

The problem is that I simply can't find proper word to tell, while their discussions are something like "we'll conquer enemies of our glorious xyz".I think that it's fully realistic to assume that some sort of capacity to "scheme" is necessary to do what you'd like to do. I think it's safe to say that none of us are actually Anglo-Saxon earls that have plotted to kill our fathers to inherit their lands,
I've just a problem with Adamgerd and Janha. I simply can't understand them.I'm not entirely sure how it came to this, but I feel compelled to point out that players should not take in-character posts as out-of-character beliefs/positions. I think it's safe to say that none of us are actually Anglo-Saxon earls that have plotted to kill our fathers to inherit their lands, but we'll still post about these things in-character because that's what the characters we created would do/believe. Creating characters that aren't like us is a big part of why many people play: In real life I'm a borderline anarchist when it comes to how big the government should be, but in-game I might play a paranoid king that rules with an iron fist because it's fun to explore that kind of character and what happens as a result of their actions. This isn't a reflection of my real-world beliefs; it's just a story I'm telling.
Some players are going to create reprehensible characters (in fact, apparently most players are). If your characters don't like them then you can have them react accordingly, but understand that they are just characters, not author stand-ins.
Playing somebody does not necessary means playing everything about claims. I'm really from Wiechoczek's, which are separate line of Mehlichs, but all what I want to do is to just focus a bit. That's all.Ok, I'll admit it's maybe a 50/50 with some people, but in general...![]()
I'm sorry if my bad sense of humour or sarcasm sometimes confuses you.I've just a problem with Adamgerd and Janha.
I'll do that then. But please, without sarcasmi and jokes.I'm sorry if my bad sense of humour or sarcasm sometimes confuses you.
If anytime you are unsure what I meant with my statement or message, go ahead and ask me!
I do not try to purposely confuse people.
The word "student" came from latin [ego] studeo which means "I study".Also what do you mean by that?
Well I want to put out there for the record that if anyone ever needs another player to restate something in plainer English due to language/etc. issues, I'm sure if you ask they'll be happy to do so. Characters being deceitful and sometimes saying stupid/ignorant things is just the nature of the game though, and if that's going to be a problem I'd encourage you to maybe sit by the side and watch instead. I'm autistic myself so I get the frustration with people (even fictional ones) being manipulative and deceitful and saying obviously wrong things, but I've learned to separate myself from the game in a way where I can deal with that. If this is going to be a real problem for you though, then I don't think you're going to enjoy playing very much.
Anyway, I'm declaring the game officially open: New players can still sign up, but we'll be accepting orders. I'd like to have one or two turns pass before the king's death just to make sure everything is going smoothly in terms of mechanics/orders/etc. all working properly before things get turned upside-down, and if there are no objections I'll be joining as a player myself.![]()
