CKII will not run at greater than 25hz.

I want it to run at 60hz, and as you can see from the settings file, it should be. I've seen this bug reported multiple times with no real assistance given, I hope this will be resolved... I have attached the dxdiag.txt and the settings.txt, I'm running an NVIDIA GPU with the GeForce 320.49 driver installed.

If you feel it's a game bug you really ought to report it in Bug Reports.

However, if it says 60hz in settings.txt, what tells you that it's really at 25hz? Can we see your system.log please?

That's a Windows log. What I'm after is the CK2 system.log. Look under MyDocuments/CK2/logs.

And, what is telling you that the refresh rate in use is 25hz?

The game says so in the settings menu, however I think it may actually be at 60hz, because FRAPS is registering 60fps. View attachment system.txt

Erm, OK, so you don't actually have any actual problem? It's just that the in-game display is showing a wrong value?

No,. it's fine. I was just checking that your video setup supported 60hz at the resolution you are using, and it does.
