Trying to register my game on here and the CD Key for the base game, CKII, is missing. I have all the CD keys for the other DLCs but CKII is missing.... Help.

You don't need to register it, as long as you have it on your Steam account it will show (which I can see it does). Are you by any chance talking about the Games part of your Paradox account section?
