@Necrochar Thank you for the effort! Special titles are, AFAIK, fully accounted for. As for the rest - I kinda need the structure (e_ … b_) for now until I've painted everything, but after I paint it I'll need to somehow relate it to the localization files because names in landed_titles are unreliable (as some comments in the file itself suggest).

UPD: But at least we now know their exact number - 11946, excluding special titles (but including Baktria and Roman Empire, which are listed out of the general no-hierarchy lists). Given that special titles (and the twelve technical rows) occupy the first 93 rows, two of which are Baktria and Roman Empire, our table will have 11946+93-2=12037 rows when I finish (unless, of course, I miscalculated somewhere while painting, in which case I'll hopefully see it).

Edit: whoops, forgot I excluded k_old_armenia from the counting.

Fear not my friend, For I, NecroChar, have finally conquered the dreaded `titles_l_english.yml` Paradox wastelands. Plunder.
The Names are in the order of the EtB sheet, with their attached localization name also in it. Check it out and let me know.
There are some quote marks there, but if it bothers you too much, I can remove them

Edit: There are some random ones or twos there before the localization quotes, but everything else seems to be in order.

Yes, Six of them had no matching localization (for some reason), I did generate a list of them. but forgot to save them.
I'll manually see if they don't actually exist or just escaped my program. I'll update in a while.

Edit: Fixed them, The numbers should be same now. It said 8 additions btw
Edit2: Also removed those quote marks.

@Necrochar: I am very grateful, don't get me wrong, please, but I would be even more grateful if you also 1)found a way to delete the "1 " (there are whopping 252 of them according to Ctrl+F) and 2)told me how to download the file once you're ready because I seem to have some problems with that); ideally also 3)deleted e_bactria, e_roman_empire, k_old_armenia, and e_india from the list to simplify copying.

Updates on colouring: e_abyssinia, e_ajuraan and e_kanem_bornu are filled, e_mali in progress (~3 kingdoms left); e_india pre-emptively added to no-hierarchy titles, file checked for having no more no-hierarchy empires (and thus hopefully no more no-hierarchy titles: I hope they have pulled all the no-hierarchy kingdoms and below to the beginning...); after e_mali, only 5 non-titular empires are left: e_guinea, e_rajastan, e_bengal, e_deccan, and e_tibet. So the end is out there, with 12 technical rows, 23 holy orders, 13 strange titular hordes, 24 religious head titles, 22 more titular titles, and, once I'm finished, 11943 actual landed titles (though beware: this includes 23 titular kingdoms which are part of non-titular empires: 14 in Byzantine Empire (Bosnia, Armenian Principality, and a list of 12 more in the beginning which I'll not copy here; note that this does not include k_old_armenia, which goes together with k_armenia in EtB), three in Italy (Genoa, Pisa, and Naples) and six more: Israel in Arabia, Asturias in Hispania, Mogyer Confederation in e_caspian_pontic-steppe, i.e. Khazaria, Great Moravia and Winideheim in Wendish Empire, and Cornwall in Britannia).

And now to another issue entirely...
Current coding for the project sidesteps the issue of lacking Coptic culture by using Coptic titles for Egyptian rulers of Coptic religion. If it is to be done that way for vanilla (i.e. if we don't just wait for a Coptic mod), maybe we should use the titles for Egyptian rulers of all Christian religions? (The issue was discussed on GitHub but one of the contributors suggested moving it here for a bigger audience.)

All of your requests should be doable, I'll see what I can do.

e_mali and e_guinea coloured this night, only Indian empires and Tibet left. Manually checked k_england, k_scotland and k_wales against @Necrochar's localization extraction; note that some names have changed (and noted accordingly). I will not check every step like this (because most of what was inserted later was inserted by me from 00_landed_titles.txt without much consideration), copying localizations kingdom by kingdom and overriding whatever's written (should there be exceptions, I'll note this). Only e_-titles will all be rechecked manually.

Tested insertion on kingdoms of e_germany, e_byzantium, and e_italy. Turns out I mispainted some rows in the very beginning, and, moreover, in a way that cancelled out if one only looked on number of titles in e_germany (and also missed a barony and a county of two baronies in Italy); that was corrected. Also, Nicopolis was called Nicpolis, proceeding to bug report - please join it.

Also, a very important question: @Necrochar, did you ignore commented lines? (You should've, and it looks that way, but just to be sure.)

If a entry in the sheet has yellow color but has no comment on it, how long do we wait till we turn it white again? Also, is someone doing that?
We don't. If a title is contested, it is contested until proof "beyond reasonable doubt" is given and accepted by our "experts". As you may have noticed, painting yellow does not prevent a title from entering the mod.

Oh okay. Anyway, I marked it light green in place of yellow after adding it in the mod. I hope that is correct.

To add, wasn't column A persistent on that sheet before?
Persistence someone breaks because of unfortunate Enter pressing (I think I've just restored it); hiding about fifty columns is another level of inadequacy entirely.
Btw, once I'm finished with column A, it would be good if @TheGib770 protected it afterwards (I'm at k_delhi now, if you're interested).
Is everything okay guys?
I think I've repaired it, though my computer seemed to almost crash trying to do this.
