God, I see why y'all didn't want to mess with the converter now. Anyway, after a bit I got this mostly (hopefully) updated for the new eu4 patch. Here you go.

Also included the fixed !_ck2plus_ideas.txt file.

I'm running the beta branch of the mod 4.07.1 on CK2 patch 2.8.1 and I'm noticing a rather peculiar occurrence in my game. Roughly around the years of 815-870 (starting from earliest start date possible) my home province will become infected with an epidemic that will simply refuse to dissipate. This epidemic will proceed to spread to the rest of my direct demesne and stay permanently. If I proceed to give the land to someone else, the disease will also persist. This has also led to several occasions where I will have 4 different sources of the same disease break out within my kingdom over a period of a hundred years or so. I've also had a situation where once a permanent epidemic is created, multiple epidemics will move in and completely cripple any land I directly hold. I've set epidemics and other diseases to occur at a lower rate than normal through CK2+ settings. The only other mod I'm using along with CK2+ is a little cheat menu mod that lets me spawn in stuff without having to remember different console commands.
I am running version 4.07 beta 4 (checksum ZUPO) and am having the opposite problem. No epidemics of any kind during the nearly 100 years that I've been playing the game. Although I didn't specifically monitor for the occurrence of epidemics in neighobring areas, I don't recall seeing any of those, either.

This can't be WAD?

1066 start; Western Protectorate armies keep showing up in France on their way to wars in the east. A prince of an overthrown Chinese dynasty fled to and conquered Brittany as an adventurer. Possible underground portal/very long tunnel? Please investigate.

*which* beta are you playing?

I know. I did and it turned all of Italy and Sicily de jure to the province of Italia. But, like all the others, I assumed I had to created the title to give it to one of my vassal after having enacted the decision. Maybe I'm understanding it wrong, but once I've enacted it (I also noticed Piedmond is not required to enact the decision) shouldn't I create the title proper to give it to one of my vassal ?

so the title isn't created when you take the decision?

God, I see why y'all didn't want to mess with the converter now. Anyway, after a bit I got this mostly (hopefully) updated for the new eu4 patch. Here you go.

Thanks, I'll try to get this into the next beta.

Playing 4.06.8 still: my dynasty of tribal unreformed Finnic pagans are now suddenly able to holy war other pagans, about 100 years into the game. How? Is it a bug? They shouldn't be able to according to the religion tooltip, nor can I declare holy wars with unreformed pagans in a freshly started game. I thought it might have to do with having a holy site in the target duchy, or with my character being a mystic, but a simple test crossed out both of those options.

Yeah, you can do that if your realm controls three holy sites of your religion.

I feel compelled to add that the Taoist Han Duke of Brittany was able to wage holy wars against his Christian neighbours. Is that normal? If so, it isn't in the Taoist tooltip...

The Pope keeps giving away the Papacy to random vassals (Generally his Papal Knight vassal), causing it to be destroyed, and the Carolingian Empire/ HRE unable to form. I'm using the most recent Beta - Just downloaded it the other day. The game year is 769 - It happens roughly 22 days into the game. I'm providing a save file in the hope you can figure out WTF is going on and I can get back to playing it without the Pope destroying the western/latin patriarchy within the first five minutes of the game.

A note - CK2+ is the only mod active, so it isn't a conflict. Nothing is edited - I just have the most recent beta from the installer.

There are a few provinces that are not part of any world_* region. Don't ask how I noticed that...
The duchies in question are Khuttal and Fergana: They are both part of the Kwarizm region, but not of any of the world regions.

provinces are not supposed to be parts of anything except duchies. I'll check what happened with the duchies.
