How hard would it be for me to duplicate the Imperial Reconquest CB for the Roman Empire and make it so that I can target kingdoms instead of duchies ?
I've never modded CK2 and read that CB coding was tedious, so it might be too much for me to try, but I figured I'd still ask.
Besides 00_cb_types.txt, what are the other files involved, if there are any ?

On a scale 1-10, I'd say 8.
Other file involved might be scripted_triggers/scripted_effects.

E.g. can_use_cb_preamble is a scripted trigger that has a bunch of conditions inside it, but we use it to streamline the code.

In version 4.07.6's does coronations give you the "Crowned by Pope" trait if the Pope crowns you or not? (Didn't checked it out yet,its just a quickly thrown question)

No, it gives you a different trait. It's called "Crowned" but it has a different icon and gives better stats than "old" trait.

Not really sure where to post this, but since it is a question, here seem fine.

Who is the creator/owner of the Martial Ladies traits?
In order to avoid redundancy/stacking and better compatibility, I am asking permission, if CK2plus team is the "owner", to use the traits' codes, arts and localizations (of the traits themselves only, no related events) in my Martial societies mod. Will add credit to my mod thread as I did for HIP's combat traits (which were requested for the same reason).

Is there a list somewhere of the heresies added and their features? I recall there being such a list when I was last here a year ago, but I've been searching for an hour and am convinced that it doesn't exist anymore or I am incompetent. Probably the latter. Thanks in advance.

heyas! it seems like a LOT of my Commanders end up with strong claims on my empire. too many, imo. i like the concept, but does anyone else think the amount of claims given to commanders needs to be tweaked down a little? maybe raise the commander skill threshold point at which they are given claims. at the moment it seems a little unrealistic and it is at the point where i'm surprised when one of my commanders does NOT get a claim. Also, it makes it really hard to "groom" a good commander who's also loyal and can be given a seat on the Council when he's old. those strong claims make all my good commanders dislike me so I'm not able to turn them into Marshals.

also, i do actually like when my commanders go rogue. because when they declare war on me and I defeat them, it makes them better commanders because they get that nice "Adventurer" trait which adds a point to their Marshal and Personal Combat stats...nice. But please, dev....once these commanders get their Claim War out of their system, could you please remove their claim - so that, once they're imprisoned, I/we can "recruit" them again on amicable terms. otherwise they forever have this claim which ruins relations forever. I mean, the guy/girl had his chance and lost - no one in the Empire would still consider him worthy of the claim, since he was given it on the basis of his commander skills and failed when put to the test, right?

sorry for the text vomit...just thinking out loud.

Hey,

congratulations for the mod, very nice and polished. I am loving it.

I don't know if it's intended or a bug, so I'll post here. I'm running version 2.8.3.2 of CK2 on Linux with CK2+ 4.07.6.

Before the update, I usually could always find persons to invite to my court through the character finder. Now, if I filter setting "Join court" to "Yes", I find none. If I look without filters, I find only persons not willing to join me, regardless of the opinion. I find characters with the yellow hand, so a bribe should be sufficient, but I bribe him and he still wouldn't join, with red flag on "<courtier> will not join your court" or similar (the last one).

Furthermore, I used to have a breakdown of the various reasons why the character did or did not want to join me by hovering the "Yes" or "No" thing when I select the "Invite to court" action. But now, this popup disappeared.

So, is it a bug or is it working as intended?

Thanks!

I don't think we touched this recently, so if it's broken it's probably broken in vanilla OR shit happened in your game.

Well, I've got interesting news. I decided to do some testing, so I fired ck2 vanilla and the invitation stuff was working. I did the same with the AGOT mod. Then I fired CK2+ another time and it was working again. I don't know why, this was not the first time I have the bug, but it's the first time it was solved by a restart (or switching mods).

I guess that's going to remain a mistery. I'll do a bug report if that keeps happening. Thanks!

I'm just wondering what the reason is why Lunatic and Possessed were made opposites in this mod. Was it made for balancing purposes? New conflicting events? Some combination of both? Or something else entirely? Not a big deal, just a curiosity. Thank you :)
