AI doesn't use demand tribute decision. AI has an occasional event in which it has a chance of demanding tribute if there is a suitable target.
I think occurence rate is something like one demand every two years in the entire world.

It means that you are using other mods, or installed it incorrectly.

You should verify your game through steam, it could be corrupted. Additionally, if you started a game, quit to the menu, and started a game again, the checksum would be seen as wrong (I believe)

Isnt ck2+ always updated after each dlc release? Are you guys planning on not expanding features from it unlike how you are for Monks and Mystics?

Because the 2.7.2 version won't be compatible with the JD patch.

You can always revert to 2.7.2 on steam and continue using current Plus with it.

Says the fact all the changes Paradox are making will probably mess with a 2.7.2 designed mod of this size.
