How come the "Full Council Authority" law is (apparently) not enabled in this? The one that forces feudal elective and prevents switching out of it.

I don't know. Probably because someone felt that didn't fit into Plus. I have to say I agree, enforcing by law poorly implemented succession law is a bad idea.

How can I request a great holy war against a target, if my religious head is my vassal? (Playing as the jews if that makes any sort of difference)
I... don't think you do. Your religious head does their own thing, IIRC. Only way to choose your target is be the religious head, which is very specific.
I have done it as a Catholic. So I guess you should be able to do it as a jew?
So, first time really giving playing a muslim a crack using plus and I'm just wondering, am I going blind or did the muslim invasion cb get removed?
How do I legitimize my bastard daughter? I myself am an empress. I have read the entire FAQ and ctrl+f'd my way through the pages but nowhere did I find a mention of bastards and because I can't right click and legitimize or legitimize through the intrigue menu, I wonder what the extra requirements are to legitimize?

Well, was a non-ironman save anyway so I just save-edited my way into legitimizing her.

1) I'm playing with Lombardy and in the firsts years a karling, I don't remember if Karl or his brother, declared war on me with the invasion casus belli. It was a triggered war or something else? Because usually christian can't use that casus belli
2) I can't found "change council position" button, it was removed or it's in another position?

If it's not there that means that councillor isn't suitable for any other position.
Are you playing before 1066? If so, Catholic and Orthodox are still together as Chalcedonian, and there is no cardinal button. The pope is chosen randomly from priests with the Cardinal trait, which you'll have to search for in the character finder.
Hi. I'm using ck2+ with historical bloodlines mods together for years. But with last version, bloodline traits doesnt seem.
