Just a heads up but prepared invasions are still utterly broken balance-wise. It's easy enough to avoid using them as a human player but the AI still burns up all it's prestige, manpower and Norse moral authority on pointless invasions that give 1-2k extra men against a coalition of all of Western Christendom.

Might be best to disable them until they can be better tweaked.

Can you give us more detail? Who are you playing, which bookmark, and who are you attacking, etc. We tested it before we released and found it to be mostly balanced.

If the old beta from github is pretty much the release version i can attest to the norse PIing like crazy in my ossory game. I personally repelled one attacking me ( his 3400 vs my 8400) and repelled least 8 more against meath and kent. Adventurer wars were even more commonplace with just about anyone who wanted some land attacking everywhere ( one backwater count had a courtier take one of the northern irish provinces,2 landless norse took chester and norfolk, an Af Ivar took a province in crimea ect ect.) Note that most of these wars were done by someone without a claim and no traits that would really make alot of sense to go and do it.

well the last thing we did before releasing was a rebalance of the prepped invasions. So hopefully that's been fixed.

More correspondence on the matter is always welcome. The current stage atm is planning on possibly re-assigning Novgorod and Lithuanian borders a bit. Here is what we are currently working on.

Game still crashing at "generating coat of arms" with new version of mod.
Veryfing game files did nothing, tried deleting CKII folder at my documents/paradox and moving mod files to my documents or from my doc to game directory, nothing.
Clear game runs normally but with CKII+ or any other compatible mod it crashes.

you may want to try reinstalling CKII completely. Then the mod files and folders will go in the my documents/paradox interactive/crusader kings II/mod/ folder

Nope, after reinstalling game still crashes :/

Even after reinstalling at C (system) Drive (normally at D drive) game with selected core mod and all submods crashes.

How's your system in comparison to the vanilla game reqs? CK2+ takes up a bit more processing power than most mods so it might be overtaxing your computer.

Before patch 1.11 CKII+ was running perfectly. I have Intel I5 2,7GHz and 4GB Ram, Radeon HD 5450.

And you have updated the mod to 2.03.1 right? And deleted all the old mod files before putting the new ones in their place?

Nope, after reinstalling game still crashes :/

Even after reinstalling at C (system) Drive (normally at D drive) game with selected core mod and all submods crashes.
Make sure you have the 1.111 CK2 patch installed. Try deleting the contents of My Documents/$USERNAME$/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/....... gfx/, map/, and mod/
