CK2Plus Continuation - Balance improvements, more kingdoms and empires, more ambition

If I could make a request for the next patch with new and updated alternate scenarios, a scenario with no christianity/islam would be awesome. Celtic England, Hellenic Italy and Greece, Norse Germany, etc. That would be really great!

If that is a bit too hopeful to ask for, then I would really like an 867 start with shattered world.

I shouldn't be held accountable for trying to poison my liege lord or embezzling his money if I am more powerful than him as his vassal.

I was a wales count with 6 provinces while my liege only had 1. My army strength outnumbered him by 3, 4 times. I was imprisoned for embezzling and then later executed for trying to poison my liege, and I think I should have been given an option to rebel against my liege if my position is stronger than him in the realm. He was a puppet ruler!

You can always start an independence war win it and usurp any titles you have the land to take for him having the gall to execute his true master .

I have only the mod selected, and every kingdom is blacked out when I try to pick a scenario. What's going on? I literally only have CKII+ enabled, all DLC, and I'm up to the latest patch.

Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment it is just an event-based reconstruction of events leading to the disaster at Manzikert (very simplified, but still)
- old Konstantinos X Doukas dies, leaving his young and clever wife behind
- she, Eudokia, refuses to fulfill his last wish, marries Romanos Diogenes who usurps the throne
- Romanos decides to end the Seljuk threat, leading personally an army to meet Alp Arslan
- one of his generals, Andronikos Doukas flees the battle, declaring Romanos dead and declares his relative the new Basileus with Romanos captured by Alp Arslan resulting in the following chaos

But you are right, if someone (most probably me) decides to dive into the code, both of the events could be generalized. But that is all music of the future .

Hah, A shame but interesting.

In my game the Basileus is always assigned to a military unit even if I give another one the command of the unit he leads he always takes command of another subunit ??? And already died two times during battles. I`m playing with viet and the themata mod.

Did you do a clean install or overwrite the old mod? You need to do a clean install. Also make sure it's in the my documents/paradox interactive/crusader kings ii/mod folder, not the program files/steam/steamapps/common/crusader kings ii/mod folder.

Yep...clean install in the correct place.... haven't had a chance to go back in today to see if it's still misbehaving.... Also with the College of Cardinals thing.... after 2 years of that guy coming up all the time....went to the console and killed him.... yeah I know... but I feel I'm a better human being for it....

Normandy should be renamed Neustria in the 867 scenario. Any Frankish duchy ruled by a norman should be switch to duchy of normandy (if d_normandy is not already held by a character)

ahh love playing irish celtic religion, managed to gather all ireland under the rule of the celtic faith adn now picking at the norse people around the isles. no one one the british isles really poses a threat. fun times

Schwarherz next version can you look into the 00_minor_titles file being fixed? Currently its possible to give both the christian minor titles and the pagan minor titles to the exact same charater at the exact same time as a pagan. It makes it extremely easy to get a 20-30 opinion bonus right now using that trick and makes vassal management easier as a pagan than as a convert.

Off the top of my head, I'm using the CK2+ Viet Jews Everywhere Lite, Better Mountains, Improved minimap, and a couple of Font mods for larger fonts.... Maybe another one or two... but without going into the game can't tell for sure....sorry

The offending line reads as "heavy_infantry_offensive = .25". The error is attributed to the value .25. Changing it to 0.25 solves the issue.

Jews Everywhere Lite is a part of VIET so if you're using the VIET modules you don't need to worry about that.

Which improved minimap? We included one of korbah's as standard.
