Not sure what you mean. If you mean that the AI is constantly moving you to new targets, yes -- it'll do that, and it can indeed be annoying when you're playing as a councillor to an AI overlord. It has nothing to do with the target being impossible.

I mean, the AI was trying to have me improve relations on a theocracy instead of the court chaplain. The AI may behave differently in how it executes things (not checking for government, so it'll just execute the command over and over until it gets bored and finally settles on a viable government), but chancellors can't be used to improve relations on a theocracy.

If you have a save where the AI is doing this, I can take a look -- but I'm not sure we can change that behavior. Our trigger for the improve_relations job action is almost exactly the same as vanilla's. What the AI decides to do with it is all hard-coded.

Localization Issue:

The trade guilds for the Baltic Trade Route is listed as: tr_baltic_trade_guild_1, tr_baltic_trade_guild_2, and tr_baltic_trade_guild_3 in the 01_CK2Plus_buildings file and as: tr_baltic_road_trade_guild_1, tr_baltic_road_trade_guild_2, and tr_baltic_road_trade_guild_3 in the 0_buildings localization file, also the localization (which obviously doesn't show up in game) lists it as Baltic Road, and it is a sea route.

Doesn't seem like the celtic child education events are working, the druid / warrior thing. Hasn't fired for any of my characters kids yet, even though they're adults.

Looking at the events, they should fire automatically when the child comes of age. All that it requires is that the child be male, a Celtic Pagan, and not incapable/prisoner. Then the event should fire at the father, unless the mother is higher tier than the father (in which case the event goes to her).

If this isn't the case for you, and you have the proper checksum (as in you're not using any mods of your own), please send the save and I'll take a look.

Oh, whoops. I thought that the events fired for female children as well, as I thought I remembered that happening in a previous game. My mistake!

It probably should, as Celtic Pagans allow for female temple holders, but currently the events only spawn for males.

Doubtful. My guess is save corruption -- I had that happen once before (in vanilla, no less).

You could upload the save here, and I could see if the debug mode gives any info on trying to load it, but otherwise than that there's not much we can do.

EDIT: Though I notice you gave FUYZ checksum, which is the vanilla checksum. What's your mod checksum?

Yeah, I'd say corrupted files.

Also, you have the wrong checksum. If you haven't modded the files in some way yourself, you should probably try re-installing.

Apparently, there is a typo in the last line of the option section, "centralize_without_penaltie", there is an "s" missing in the end. This is from extracting the mod folder from the zip file obtained from auto-synchronization with the Steam Workshop.

Have you the way that the AI evaluates marriage proposals from vanilla? Because I'm noticing that nearly everyone has massive 'political concerns' penalties when I try to marry off my children.
I'm not sure for the 'political concerns', but it does seem as though the marriage AI is a little bugged. I'm seeing a lot of lowborn queens and duchesses (and if the king/duke is widowed, they near-instantly remarry to a lowborn), and in several test runs on observe, eligible brides like Princess Emma Capet go unwed for years. In fact, most characters seem to wait a couple years before marrying, both male and female. Any idea why this might be? I think it is CK2+ related, since I didn't see this sort of AI in games of HIP or even vanilla.

There is exactly one place where we can affect the AI's decisions regarding who to marry, and that's a setting in the defines.lua called MARRIAGE_AI_PRESTIGE_VALUE. The note on it says "Multiplier for how highly AI values prestige when arranging marriages and evaluating marriage offers", and the vanilla value is 0.33 while ours is 1.0.

Short of that working backwards, the AI in Plus should value the difference in tier more than in vanilla.

Beyond that? There's nothing. The AI will do is it will.

The game will do that when certain things are put into OR conditions, but that helped me find what was causing it and it'll be fixed for the next version.
