Had this happen to me yesterday, I have a feeling it's related to changing culture or religion from intrigue tab... or it's random and it happened at the same time when I tried to change both.

I hadn't changed culture or religion, instead it seemed that the concubines marrying random nobles in my court was based on those concubines being a different religion and/or culture from my own. It's like...."damn it! I stole you away to be my concubine and then you up and marry this ugly-socially backward worthless noble in my court? GUARDS SEIZE THEM!"

I just completed my own mod, which is for now completely dependent on CK2+. However I just wanted to know whether normal CK2+ also has problems with african rulers in the baltic. Especially with the title creator it is very apparent (the name 'Polotsk' is spread over the spanish mountains in half of the games).

Also I credited Wiz since I used CK2+ in my mod, just wanted to let you know. I didn't include CK2+ in my own download, I just give a link to this thread, thought that was more appropriate.
I mainly used the mod since I never modded before btw, so I had to have some examples to know how events, decisions and so on actually work :p

It's an adjacency issue. I think the offending province is supposed to be Roslavl (ID# 953). The province ID in CK2+ is different than in vanilla, so the adjacency ends up being with a west African province, (Matam, I think; ID# 933).

The alt scenarios are fantastic but there seemed to be some AI issues with it last time I played it, even before ToG you almost never got AI kingdoms forming because nobody ever got out of gavelkind. At least it's harder to just straight up marry a countess / duchess and win in 1 generation now.

Add me to the "desperately waiting for an update" list, CK2 just isn't fun without this mod. I'm not even getting ToG until it all works 100% with CK2+ and has all the overpowered vanilla stuff removed or fixed :p

Here are some that I came across:
* Ghost enemy armies (retinues perhaps) that automatically will lose a fight, suffering no casualties and automatically retreating
* Concubines that mysteriously marry nobles in your court (this one is truly bizarre)
* Characters who have themselves as lovers
* Certain events that have "AI_EVENT" for text
* When a Norse holy place is not yet constructed, the place is titled "ANY_ALL"
* Graphical overlay issue with the de jure duchy of Ostlandet
* Diseases not being activated before 1066

Yeah, the AI on shattered realms struggles with creating kingdoms since the last few patches. Reign of princes is slightly better with regards to seeing more kings, but I hardly play RoP to say definitively.
