1.33.9:
- All republics in Reign of Princes should now be properly playable (though not all have pre-defined Patrician families).
- Mali should now have the correct rulers between 1235 and 1337.
- Fixed more integration issues.
Is it somehow possible to play one of those "Reign of Princes" republics in the original campaign?
I'm wondering if the current system of crown authority is plausible. Not that I have an idea how it was historically, but why should I as a duke have no possibility to raise taxes if the king hasn't enforced any crown authority (autonoumous vassals). Wouldn't I think "oh nice, nobody to tell me otherwise, I rule as I see fit"? In the end I'm the one who is autonomous from my king, the status of my vassals should be a different matter (possibly related to my capability to enforce my demands). No?
I just thought of this recently, but I believe I might have found the reason why patricians occasionally have a revolt that eventually increases the revolt chance through the roof.
There is a bug where province flags are not being correctly read in Republics. If there is an event that increases revoltrisk, but relies on province flags, that event could fire over and over again because the game engine, for some strange reason, cannot see province flags in counties that are led by cities.
Has anyone given much thought to an idea I have to add ore family members for the patrician families in 1066? They seem to die out quickly and get replaced by equally generic families. I was rather disappointed when the great Dandolo family died out after only 20 years and was replaced by the "of Venice" family. I volunteer to write these files if necessary.
I think it's only in shattered world. But that doesn't explain why? Is there a joke or something ?
I've been having this problem too, it's weird often it seems that Barony level targets that I plot against have absolutely no conspirators show up in the window at all.
Just did some testing, seems this issue only seems to effect independent rulers, as long as your have a liege above you you can initiate these plots against baron level vassals and have conspirators show up, but the instant you gain independence no matter how high or low your rank is these plots will now bug out and have no conspirators show up.
Wiz this can't be WAD can it?
That's the weird thing though, you can initiate those plots as a top level liege, they'll work properly on any vassal who's not a baron rank, but as soon as you try it there it's when things start going a bit wonky.
1.33.10:
- Tweaked moral authority to hopefully address the rampant heresies in recent versions.
- Fixed a crash caused by starting on a date after 1100 or so.
checked the FAQs and couldn't find out how to launch a jihad. I have the caliph title and am using the latest CK2+. Help?
Still getting a CTD after two months when playing as Hansa at their startdate (1226 or so?). Latest version and etc.
Thanks, Wiz.
Hi wiz.
Great mod, one question though. Is it possible to make a scenario ala Divided Muslims, where HRE dosent exist? My funniest game to date where as duke of Tuxany and whole of HRE seized to exist by 1085.
Where can I turn off the script that automatically confiscates baronies outside my realm?
I don't know if it's some vanilla issue, but there are FAR too many blinded people in my HRE. Several members of my own dinasty (Habsburg) are blinded, for some reason. I understand this happened with some frequency in the ERE, but it shouldn't be happening at all, or only VERY rarely in western christianity.
