I would imagine that silence on the matter is a decent enough confirmation that it was never meant to be included in the first place, as previous posters have said by the fact that it was not included in the previous patches or in other games.
A response is unlikely as it would basically directly admit that someone messed up by accidentally including it in the first place.
The constant bumping of this thread is unlikely to change the lack of a response being given as the devs are definitely aware of this as it has been mentioned many times in the patch release threads.
Well, admiting it wasn't supposed to be there in the earlier versions is not much of a fuck up in itself ... That's why dev do patches, because when you're a full team working on a huge codding project, it's bound to overlook mistakes at somepoint. Nothing wrong correcting it, admiting it was a mistake and then answering the community on this topic regarding weither they can or cannot comply with Yemmlie's demand.
The CK2 generator, while being a bit more underground than the huge mods suge as yours, HIP or CK2+ (which I use from time to time), is arguably speaking the biggest mod there is for this game in terms of replayability, despite not adding much content to the game itself. It would be a shame still that this mod falls into the "outdated-forgotten-abyss" at this point just like it would for AGOT if you guys were to hit a wall in your update with no support from the Devs.
