CK2 Weirdness

So i recently rebooted my windows 8 without removing the files and have been encountered that my game says that i am missing "XINPUT1_3.dll". Help pls!
Note: I have sucesfully started MOTE and EU3.

Please do the following:
First, run Visual C++ 2010.
Second, run Visual C++ 2010 SP1.
Third, run the DirectX (web) installer.
When that is done, go to Windows Update and make sure you have downloaded all .NET updates Windows Update shows you.

Let me know if it fixed your problem.

That dll is part of DirectX so install this.

Thanks guys, i updated my graphic card so the trouble is gone!
