CK2 to EU4 Converter not appearing in menu

For some reason, the CK2 to EU4 converter is not appearing in the menu, as it should. I most definitely have ticked the DLC, and I've tried all sorts of combinations of my DLC enabled and disabled -- still no luck. My current DLC is:
- EUIV Converter
- Legacy of Rome
- Ruler Designer
- The Republic
- The Sword of Islam

(Appearance of menu, regardless of having DLC activated)

Do not confuse this report with the 'the option is faded' report, because the button does not appear at ALL in the menu. I've heard rumours I require Old Gods DLC, which would be frustrating since it was never said, as far as I'm aware (in Paradox's advertising) that additional DLC will be required for the converter to work.

I am running Windows 7 and don't have any problems with the game otherwise.

Edit: forgot to note, both CK2 and EU4 are on steam, and I have verified the integrity of game cache for CK2.

have you update your ck2 to 1.11?

Please make sure you are on the latests 1.11 patch.

It would appear not. I suppose I'll need to reinstall, since Steam has failed to update it.

Edit: Turns out I'm an idiot. I was in the 'beta' for the previous update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
