CK2 to EU4 converter doesn't work

I am trying to convert my game where I am emperor of Hispania, Mali, and Francia, but every time I try to export it I get this error:

It works fine if I start another game and export it but not this one. Anyone know how to fix this?

If there are mods involved, then all bets are off.

Otherwise, probably best to wait until 2.2 comes out - there are many crash fixes in it.
