It aslo appears the "show Manual" button on the store page works. A full PDF version of the EU4 manual opens in my browser

Apparently I have a copy of CKII as well.

I've heard people mention trading games on steam. How does that work exactly? I was hoping to just sell it, but it says that the item isn't marketable. I presume that means I can't just stick it up on the steam auction house style thingy.

You need to find someone who wants it and has something you want. Then you have to chat with them and open a trade window - you then put your item(s) in one part, they do the same in another part, then you swap. I had to do this with my 2nd copy to get it on my son's account. If you have played any MMOs it is very similar to trading there.
