Either that or records based on time elapsed from the start date (867, 1066 and possibly more). I fear doing all the counting for the second option would annoy me too much, though :p

But some kingdoms will probably be easier and faster to form from 867. It's not fair to the people who spent time making amazing 1066 records to just delete and forget them. Having a separate set of records is the way to go in my opinion.

I agree. Many of my records at least are based on specific characters that start off really well in 1066 (King of Egypt, Duke of Normandy). 867 will have a totally different constellation of chars and countries and thus it would be comparing apples and oranges. I for one look forward to a fresh start of records to achieve.

Okay, now I got one.

29 August, 1163 - Kingdom of Perm formed with descendant of Duchy of Rostov.

Would have gotten it sooner if not for 70+ year old king.

Wondering how I did it, here's how
All you need is 40k gold and the kingdom of Jerusalem, destroy and re-create it 200 times and you'll have one million prestige.

Its not technically agents the rules but this is so cheesy that it shouldn't be added to the hall of fame, still I thought it would be an fun idea to show off.

This would render another record utterly pointless. I'm glad that you are not insisting that I add it ;)

Excuse my curiosity, but how are those numbers possible?
Most I've seen is 32 Diplomacy, 31 Intrigue and 29 Learning in the whole world.
How can someone go over 50? Ruler Designer? DLC? Mod?

By abusing broken mechanics. There are ambitions for vassals that allow you to raise your stats infinitely. Only martial and learning are "normal" records.

Did I get it right?
People switch back to the conditions, allowing them to select and accomplish an ambition again & again?
i.e. they raise 500g, spend 400g, select "Amass Wealth", raise 500g, complete ambition, gain 1 Stewardship, spend 400g, select "Amass Wealth" again, gain 1 stewardship again.. so on?

But I guess these are mostly if you are a Vassal.. And guess you should find a way of getting yourself fired from the Council.. (Which I think people discovered already)..

The Amass wealth one isn't that easy, at least I never managed to do it twice. The abusable ones are all those which are relating to council positions. You can take the ambition to become steward and resign the day after you've become steward only to take the ambition once again. The higher you rise with the stat the higher is the chance that your liege will ask you to become steward once again.
Plot revoking land also increases one of the stats. So if you revoke whole kingdoms county by county you'll get a rather high intrigue (if I recall correctly).

Daaaamn.. If only I knew about this earlier :}

I'd use this exploit is not for the King, but for all my court... In each day, I'd appoint 5 person to my Council who have an ambition for each post. In 30 days, I would've increased stats of 150 people by one.. That's a huge increase overall.. And for those top guys, I can just grant them some land and appoint-fire them over & over again each time they get that ambition..

This way, I can have very high stat Courtiers, which would make the game much easier.. Imagine 50 stat Spymasters..

Problem is, does AI have a time-span after each ambition? Or can they just get the same ambition in a few days?
(I stopped here to make some testing for half an hour.. They do get the same ambition in a few weeks or months, but randomly)

Ok, my second opinion after the testing:
This is too powerful. Much too powerful.. (Not for the King, for the Council..)

Plot revoking increases intrigue AFAIK too. But I couldn't ever get that plot with my second King, which makes me think it's only available only after you are maybe over 15 intrigue.
Also it might be a bit risky.. I shall test it extensively too..

It's only available if someone holds land in one of your duchies / outside of his primary duchy. So if you play around with duchies a little new ones will pop up.

Believe me, I've ~100 Dukes out there, who hold Duchies/Counties/Baronies outside of their primary Duchies..
In fact my lands are so mixed up that very few of my Vassals are not involved in a war..
But there's no "Revoke" plot since I've been the King.
This wasn't the case with my previous King, who had much fewer Vassals and more uniform Duchies..

So I am nearly confident that "Revoke" must be related with personal intrigue..

In any case, damn.. This breaks the game badly.. But easily doubles the time spent to play..
If only there were basic filters for people list, or at least a 2 tier ordering.. (first by culture, then by age etc)

Two records for sultanyegah:
- Fastest Christian WC
- Fastest Duchy WC

From the OP of that thread: "I did use save-load but not extensively; maybe a few times per year, on those extra unlucky situations. Might try not using it ever, but the game is too erratic at times"

What's the point of such a record?

As of now there is no rule about save-scumming. Please propose something as I am very willing to add one. But this will be pretty hard to enforce.
He really must've reloaded a lot or spent most of the time in paused mode as he stated doing a WC in 82 years took him a couple of hundred hours, though ^^. I just wanted to add the record as 1) there was now fastest ducal WC before and 2) I haven't seen a screenshot before that ever came near my 1141 end date.
