I'll join in, Russia 1083, started as the duke of Rostov.
I was trying to replay this but I'm not seeing the path you took. Holy Wars to the east and pressing claims to west get me only so far before 1083.

I did Rus by January 1067.
My own father would probably hate me now, were he not assassinated by me for those juicy duchies. My uncles would the same.

A new Hispania record: July 22nd 1082! Started as the king of Leon, assassinated by brothers, holy warred constantly and banished many mayors to fund my mercenary corps. I have no clue how my predecessor did this as Navara as it took me several attempts on Leon and Castilia to get here.

ERE is fun, and House Doukas is doing fine. As Doux of Moesia (d_turnovo) Bulgaria on 17 September 1082, and Serbia on 13 April 1096.

I hope this first one is legal, as I used the Emperor of Byzantium to form Taurica. It did involve a holy war so I'd guess so? (Dec 4 1068)

Something slightly different this time; not the creation, but the usurpation of the Kingdom (Khanate) of Cumania on Nov.3 1108. Started as the duke of Rostov and formed Russia whilst waiting for my grandson to culture change and my first char to die.
Since Mesopotamia is unclaimed I'll offer a not-at-all quick time for it:

Slightly derailing idea, but I think when ToG comes out, there should be records for ToG and non-ToG. Records such as Rus are brilliant and shouldn't be undermined because soon we'll be able to start centuries before.
