Not that I can recall, but that era of games has at some points I believe.

There were a lot of games played here. Unfortunately most of the playerbase have migrated to SpaceBattles or SufficientVelocity.

Depending on your definition of CK2 forum game there might have been a few.

KNOW, oh prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities, and the years where everyone left to play forum games on other web sites, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining games lay spread across the forum like blue mantles beneath the stars—WiR , MGASO, Paradox Life, Those fallout games, The way forward with its mighty engine etc etc etc
Can't think of a CK Forum game but I'm sure there's been one
you'd have to dig through this ozymandian empire of dust to find one though
