CK2 - EU4 converter

Hi all,

I've checked the sticky above, but I'm still confused. I have GG CK2 and EU4, but the button in the menu to convert my save game still doesn't appear - how do I get it to show up and be usable? I've played Byz -> Roman Empire up to 1445 to make sure I was in EU4 timeframe, but still can't see any hint of the converter in the menu...

There are two places the converter button can appear. One is after you load a game, bring up the ESC menu and Convert is the last button there. The second is if you Resign a game, the Convert button appears at the bottom. Are you saying you see it in neither case?

Does the Converter show up as one of the loaded DLCs, in the centre-left of the main menu screen (the small round icons for the major DLCs)? What version and checksum show there?

It appears in neither case.

I didn't realise it was one of the DLCs that should show up in the row of small round icons - I have SoI, LoR, Rep and tOG, and they all show up there, but not the converter. I have the version 1.103 and checksum WQLL.

Then that's why, you need the current version 1.111 . See the sticky "GG patches" thread above.

That seems to have done the trick. Now I'm embarrassed, that it was such an obvious solution... Thanks for your help AndrewT.
