Hello everyone!

First of all, thank Paradox for creating such amazing games, on which I gladly spend hours and hours :)

Secondly, I would like to offer a constructive citicism with regards to the CK2-EU4 Converter DLC, which started offering some solutions which I find very strange.

I noticed that when I convert my Iqta empire (latest patch, all DLC save Sunset Invasion), with full centralisation and no council power, I don't get an integrated empire in EU4, but some weird personal union system, with all the provinces mixed up, since the territory was inherited from CK2.

Now, I read somewhere that the idea was for iqta countries to have personal unions instead of having vassals, to show that iqta wasn't feudal. I'm sorry to say that such reasoning is just plain wrong.

Every major empire had vassals, feudal or not! In fact, personal union existed only among feudal realms, governed by powerful feudal barons. So if you want to simulate iqta not being feudal, personal unions are by no means the way to go - quite the opposite, they make iqta seem like some Western European feudal kingdom.

No itqta ever had a personal union, and it always had a significantly higher level of centralisation. I don't see why the beginning of EU4, the beginning of which is supposed to show the "birth" of centralised monarchies that came instead of old loose feudal (or iqta) states, should not have the option of having a vast centralised realm, especially if the player achieved full centralisation, a title of emperor and managed to keep the council obedient.

So, my question is - will you, please, rework the converter to allow centralized and unified empires, at least provided there is full centralisation (since there are no more crown authority laws), and, also, will you rework the converter to abolish the anti-historical iqta personal unions and give back the Muslim empires what they've always had in history, vassals?

Thanks in advance for reading, answering and acting :)
