The next patch/dlc seems to add a lot of traits. I hope the interface has enough room.

With that being said, this all looks very interesting, and I'm eager to hear more. I hope those new icons for missing a hand/leg/eye refer to being able to mutilate my prisoners, and if that's the case, it would be nice to also be able to castrate and blind prisoners as any culture. But all this cool new stuff is more than enough to cause intense hype, so I won't complain.

My one complaint, this was a rather short dd, are we close to a release? so it's prosperity next week, and then what? I can't think of anything else that's been hinted at so far, maybe new methods of execution?

No, this just wasn't a topic I could write too much about. Still a bunch to go and some will be longer than others.

Blue: Lost an eye, lost a hand, lost a foot, lost a jaw.

Grey: Dull, Quick, Strong, Frail (Old)

Orang: Different Symptoms. Coughing, Fever, not sure, vomitting, head ache, neck ache, boils, , muscle cramps, back ache, drowsy, confused, cut

Red: Different illnesses Lepresy, infirm, ill, unsure, gangrene/infection, poisoned, werewolf, crabs, incapable and scurvy.

Blue: Different levels of vikings.


Silver Tower: Unsure

Infinite Sign: Unsure, something to do with the Dharmic Faiths

Blue Tower w/ Wings: Unsure

Last one is medic

Did we honestly need more flavor added to norse pagans?

Really like the death/succession screen, little touches like those are great.

"Cancer" is literally "crab" in Latin. The term has been used for the disease since a Roman translated the Greek term (which was the Greek word for crab) into Latin.

Its semantics, its likely not cancer, its the new icon for a VD probably replaces lovers pox.

Cancer was a known illness - especially the most obvious cases, like skin or breast cancer. It also does mean "crab", as that was what Hippocrates called it ("karkinos", as that's what he thought the tumor with the veins radiating from it looked like).

Can we get some way to fix gavelkind succession? The succession screen you have seems like a good model for what I have envisioned. You could have your eligible recipients on the right and the titles on the left and distribute them by moving them to the right according to the gavelkind eligibility, i.e. the eldest son gets a duke title, then the next until they are all distributed. Then on to the next tier of titles. You could set up the logic such that if one of the sons is already a duke, then he skips the first rotation, etc. This way you can keep realms relatively sectioned out properly instead of this piecemeal madness we get now. You could also have a reminder icon to let you know when you have to revisit it based on acquiring new titles.

Should add E. coli, which is when you drink bad milk. Seems to be something common from those eras.

Symptoms can include:

• abdominal cramping.
• sudden, severe watery diarrhea that may change to bloody stools.
• gas.
• loss of appetite/nausea.
• vomiting (uncommon)
• fatigue.
• fever.
