Just did an install with Wine 1.3.2 in Linux Mint 12 - worked a treat.
Very impressed with the graphics and UI!
Had a quick go at the tutorials - they probably need some more depth, but easy enough to understand.
I once you've done a tutorial though, it's icon should change colour or have a tick mark beside it - after I'd done a few I couldn't remember the turorials I'd done earlier!
I had a go as Poland, but I think it may take a few games before I really get the hang of it.
