Hi, I've been reading these posts for a few days now,and actually registered with the forum so I could leave a response that may,or may not be helpful. I myself had the CK 2 has stopped working come up repeatedly, but I found a solution. I use a laptop to play on, however, the laptop is on the top of my computer desk, and never touched,I have a secondary mouse, keyboard and yes, monitor attached. I noticed Crusader Kings 2 absolutely will not, under any circumstances play when I have the secondary monitor in use, I have to completely unhook it from the laptop in order to get the game to open and run without getting a CK 2 has stopped working. I am hoping this is not the case with the full version of the game, however,I'm leaning towards not even getting it now because of this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the demo to run with a secondary monitor,or if the full version will allow me to run on the secondary monitor? I'm no longer buying the game on Tuesday because of the problem, and hope someone can give me an answer so I can actually purchase.

Several people here at the office play with dual monitors just fine - so it's not JUST that. Are you running full screen or windowed? with what Graphics card? Is there anything else you do than unplugging the secondary monitor to be able to start the game?
