CK2 crash when loading after resigning

Hi,

for some time now CK2 crashes every time I start loading a game after resigning. I can load a savegame after starting the whole program without any problems but as soon as I resign - I can just as well quit and start again.
I have all the dlc except for the rajas and Aztecs.

Please try a full clean re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "delete local content" in Steam-CK2
- opt into the 2.2.1.1 beta in the Steam beta tab
- manually delete all files and folders left under Steam/CK2 AND Documents/Paradox/CK2
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.

I tried it - didn't work. Still no improvement.

You definitely cleaned out all files from both those locations? And opted into the beta?

Not sure what else to suggest, to be honest. Please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the end of the "Sound devices" section for brevity) and your Documents/CK2/settings.txt. From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ directory, post system.log . Open setup.log in notepad and search for 'checksum', post that line only here too please.

Now it worked - I did everything once again...but with one exception. I got rid of all my savegames. Apparently my 40+ hour Gotland ironman game was causing some problems.
