I noticed this bug when I had my king die and the heir takes over. However, the heir's post-coronation trait isn't "crowned" like other rulers (even catholics one) but instead gets the crowned by the pope trait and that he could not choose a regnal name. help? btw, turned off every mod. Game version: 3.3.4
