Not sure if it's been posted - when a leader requests aid from others of his religion in a holy war, it will instead help another war that the defender is involved in, such as a de jure claim, or anything and can lead to bad situations.

OK, delete and reinstall the mod, and go into my documents/paradox interactive/crusader kings II and delete the 'CK2Plus' folder in there. If that doesn't work, try going into the mod folder, open the CK2Plus.mod file in a text editor and remove the user_dir line from that line. Let me know if that solves the crash.
That is a bug but it's infuriatingly hard to track down because I haven't been able to reliably recreate it. I could really use a save game where someone is able to repeat it.
Try this save: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/43324100/ck2/Toledo1231_01_01-auto-latest.rar
Count Sanc of Artois (Count of Artois, Gent by the start of the save) will usup some third county every time, usually in late january. He usually picks Toledo or Niebla, but I've also seen him take Barcelona and others.
Edit: Using the whole CK2++ mod suite, btw. This is the same game as I was posting about on the previous page.
I still can't declare holy war, even with the fix...
