CK2 and EU3 launch crash

I have CK2 and EU3 Complete +HttT+DW since a lot of time. I have been playing them without problems until the 15th of August (more or less) but I had to reinstall the Windows Vista and now I can not play (I have installed the SP2 and more actualizations) but when I launch the games from Steam the games crashes and appear that details:

Please try installing:

First: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555

After that: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8328

Then: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
(If that doesn't do anything then http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 )

Then: visit the Windows Update site and allow it to apply all .NET updates/patches it wants to, for all .NET versions.

Thank you! It has work for both games. I though that it should bea problem because of the launch of the EU4.

Why these games need more actualizations than other with higher requirements as Napoleon Total War? I was very surprised when I could run the TW but not CK2 or EU3.
