Description: I was playing as a zoroastrian, and the mobad declared a great holy war for syria. This war was declared during another great holy war, called by the shia. During this war, I was the only one that answered the call, until the shia GHW stopped, after which all of my vassals attacked syria, as well.
DLC: all major, except Sunset Invasion, many cosmetic ones.

Was the shia jihad against your kingdom? If it was then the AI logic is that its already in a war so it doesn't wanna join another one until the first one is taken care of.
