Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
1. Select your wife on council screen and click to change bonuses but dont choose it
2. Select your lord's council and you will see his wife's bonuses and if you click on one of them you will change the bonus he gives to your lord.
You can essentially change them as if she were your wife/husband

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Need a wife/husband at your court and you need a liege.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
