Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My checksum is not the official one : cb56 instead of 935c.

I had mods but not anymore, i deleted all paradox directories, crusader kings 3 directory in steamapps, and steam workshop directory (after unsuscribing all the mods).

After multiple new installations of the game (1 try on a different hard drive), i keep getting the cb56 checksum.

I tried deleting everything in the directory then checking files in steam. Same bug. I also tried to get back to 1.0.2 then redownloading 1.0.3 patch.

This prevent me from playing with my friend and getting achievements.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Not sure if it helps, but have you checked your "...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III" folder? I seem to remember I had a similar issue with CK2 once. Either the documents folder, or there were some leftover files in the CK2 steam folder.

Yeah I also deleted this folder !

This happened to me when I enabled the debug launch option to test my own mods. Went through all the same steps as you, only to realize I had forgotten I included that launch option through steam. Removing the debug startup command fixed it for me.
