Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Fought a Holy War for the Duchy of Karelia. Defeated the enemy Chiefs, won the land. Now one of the vassal counts became my Count. Not only is he the wrong faith but actually revoking his title would cause me 25 tyranny?

I will get 25 TYRANNY for revoking an enemy faith vassal...

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Does your religion has pluralist doctrine? (see below for an exemple).
If that is the case, it is not a bug, just the doing of the doctrine....

No, it does not. For some reason this started after the war.

My faith is anything but Pluralistic or tolerant.

I was also unable to revoke title from someone who attempted and failed a Murder scheme against the King. So even though I was allowed to arrest them and banish them, I wasn't allowed to execute or revoke title. The Emperor of half of Europe almost dies but he's not allowed to revoke titles or execute the perpetrator without a 25 tyranny hit.
