Women rulers IA do not marry by default matrilineal, so they lose their dynasty

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
My religion only accepts women as rulers, but when they marry they lose their dynasty when they marry anyone

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Having the same problem with the my religion that has an equal view of gender doctrine.

From my personal experience the AI will just never do matrilinieal marriages, like ever.
